Good

It was clean inside, had all the facilities needed. A good base.

The property was really hard to get into. Having to use different codes that sometimes didn’t work. We had to ring the owner a few times (who was lovely) but the service was bad making it hard to contact. The stairs leading up to room were a little creepy and the light kept going off. Once we had the keys it was fine. And the room itself was lovely.

Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Great location.

The bathroom is outside of the room and there is a possibility other guests can enter and use the same restroom. The room was very hot and next to the street which made it very loud. A man entered our room saying he was there for maintenance and we had no idea he would be there. Walked in on us while we were sleeping. Lots of steps with no elevator so very difficult for travelers with large suitcases.

Cozy and well designed B&B in the center of Florence

Cozy B&B in the center of Florence, with modern interior design and authentic atmosphere. The host was very friendly and accommodating; very easy to communicate. The accommodation is well located, close to the Old Bridge and 10-15 minutes walking distance from the main tourist attractions. Highly recommended.

Would be nice to have a fridge and a kettle in the room.

Great base for a few days in Florence!

The property was really well located within the city centre. The owner was incredibly helpful describing how to enter the building then our own room. She was happy to recommend things to do whilst we were there. There are a few stairs to get up to the hotel if you need to keep that in mind. The room was lovely, lots of space, wardrobe with hangers, comfy bed and nice touches around the room that makes you feel cosy.

We were lucky enough to book the room with the internal bathroom. There were rooms along the hallway that have to use an external bathroom. Unfortunately people would slam the doors from their room to the bathroom and vice versa. There was a group staying at the same time as us and they would all arrive at different times throughout the night and into the early morning, constantly buzzing the doors. This made sleeping hard and woke us up frequently. Would still recommend as a base for your Florence getaway!!

Very noisy because of the neighbors bathroom located on the hall and locked with a key. Every time the door was unlocked it feels like they ste in your room and when the neighbors used the water in the bathroom a very noisy boiler started.

It is a bit wired that the bathroom and the bedroom are separated in two rooms, although both rooms are quite clean.

Staying in a authentic building in Florance

Location was so good, only a 5-6 minute walk from the main train station (santa maria) and tram lines. the host was very interested about our questions. She was very kind and helpful, dear signora we hope to see you again, one day. :) Rooms and main flat were so clean. Wifi, air conditiors, TVs, bathrooms etc were ok. Rooms and the flat were large enough for us.The building was old/authentic. All rooms have own bathrooms. we were pleasure to stay there.

we rented 3 rooms as a group of 8 people. Room 45 is not a single/whole flat. There are 3 rooms and main flat, but they are in same floor. Bathrooms and toilets are not inside of rooms. they are outside, you have to walk through the hall to reach them. The building is very old. Don't hope an elevator because there isn't. the stairs are narrow. But these were not important problems for us.
